Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Process HR documentation, employment contracts, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Facilitate structured onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Coordinate payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in salary, benefits, and bonuses.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and compliant with local tax laws and company policies.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage employee life cycle processes, from hiring and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale, satisfaction and enhance retention.
- Support HR projects and policy execution in alignment with business objectives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Familiar with the Employment Act, local laws and regulations.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and HR processes.
- Ability to work independently, able to meet tight deadlines.
- A good team player with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment.
Budget: $3300/month
