PHP Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Indianapolis, IN that is seeking a PHP Developer. Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate multiple PHP projects into a cohesive codebase
• PHP Developer will implement frameworks (moving towards Symfony) and clean up existing code
• Introduce and implement unit testing
• Refactor T-SQL in SQL Server
• Collaborate with a team of PHP developers and a contract architect
• As a PHP Developer, you will work independently to create and modify code based on project requirements
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development
• Experience with front-end technologies, especially React
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks, particularly Symfony
• Proficiency in unit testing and code refactoring
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a scrum environment and collaborate with the development team
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
