We are looking for a Agile Coach to join our growing team in United States!

Location - Remote (US)

The Ideal Candidate With Have Most/all Of The Following

• 10+ years experience working in IT with at least 3 years of experience with Agile coaching and driving continuous improvement
• Ability to independently coach and stand up new teams with Scrum and Kanban
• Experience within an SDLC role within an Agile organization, i.e Scrum Master, Engineer, SDET, tester, RTE, etc.
• Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence
• Change Management techniques
• Experience being part of a wide scale Agile Transformation
• Experience as a member of an Agile Center of Excellence (desirable)
• Ability to create training material and document processes, standards and best practices
