We are currently looking for Ivanti - ITSM Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Ivanti ITSM/ITAM Role:

The Ivanti Neurons ITSM /ITAM Administrator is responsible for the operation support for Ivanti IT Service Management platform support key business areas becoming the SME. This role involves managing system configurations, customizations, and integrations to support IT services delivery and optimization. The administrator will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that the Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM platform meets organizational needs effectively. We are looking for someone who can be dynamic analysing business process problems and them transforming into defined system configuration within the Ivanti Neurons ITSM system; to solve and improve business services. A real problem solver.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
