DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary purpose of the position is to lead and deliver the Project Services support for FEED for a flagship project. This position is expected to continue post FEED subjected to project progress.

• Establish and implement project control requirements for the phase and beyond (robust project Controls plan for FEED contract management ensuring Top Notch Control framework, standard process, Reporting, KPIs, system, and digital practices)
• Providing overall total project services management to ensure that the FEED of the project is carried out within the allocated budget and schedule parameters.
• Accountable for Reporting Project Performance via Project Monthly Report for the project. Ensuring that Monthly Reports are prepared and available by agreed upon calendar day each month to stakeholders.
• To establish and implement MoC process for FEED and beyond to drive the NO Change mindset.
• To develop and manage integrated project schedule for FEED and Assurance towards decision gate, closely monitoring FEED progress and develop integrated schedule for EXECUTE at Decision gate working closely with stakeholders.
• -Working closely with local Project Services manager to navigate project progress, assurance needs, stakeholders' alignment, and plan to deliver project services activities. - Ensure integration and alignment between deliverables generated by the project services discipline focal points for cost estimating, planning, cost engineering and risk management.
• Establish proactive Risk Management process for the project, Risk Workshops, Monthly Risk reviews. - Develop Benchmarking requirement for the phase and facilitate internal and external benchmarking to drive the competitiveness.
• To Implement Project Control reports and KPIs from contractors to monitor performance during FEED, detail design, Procurement and Construction.
• Evaluating, monitoring, and analyze Contractors? progress and performance, providing early warning on any deviations, advising mitigation measures, etc.
• Develop the Project control requirement for ITT for EXECUTE phase and support in bid clarification and contract finalization process by providing required project services input.
• Work closely with Finance, C&P and Construction Leads to ensure continuity and effective resolution of interface issues.
• Supporting the Project Manager and the overall project team in driving continuous improvement initiatives, with focus on productivity improvement during the execute phase.
• Responsible to capture project lessons learnt for the benefit of future projects.
  
  
  

Experience

• Experience in Project Services management on large capital projects and portfolio projects. Proven leadership experience is essential. (Both from owners' side and contractor side)
• Minimum of 15+ years relevant industry experience, preferably in Project Services roles in mega complex brownfield projects.
• Deep understanding of FEED engineering works, Earned Value management system.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience of project control in high value contracts
• Experience in working with multi discipline project teams and Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractors.
• Profound technical knowledge and skills in the Project Services competencies and associated areas of activity, e.g. Contracting & Procurement.
• Exposure to Governance and Assurance process
• Project execution practical experience (e.g. engineering, controls, C&P, construction)
• Sound understanding on with working in a "data centric" environment, digital savvy, well versed with project services tools and system.
