Vendor & Contract Management Analyst

Job description: Job Purpose

As an SAP MM module expert in the department, provides management support in areas related to SAP vendor master. Also, supports requests related to SAP access, workflows, configurations and continuous improvement. Assists in extracting standard and custom reports from SAP as per business needs.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

Provide subject matter expertise in all matters related to SAP MM module.
Assist in preparation of reports related to SAP Vendor Master and work with Finance (A/P) focal point in keeping the same updated.
Keep an oversight on vendor and contractor performance evaluation reports.
Manage day to day SAP MM related issues on behalf of the department; e.g. access issues, configuration issues, new system update requests, Application Access Requests (AAR), IT Change Requests (ITCRs).

Key Job Accountabilities - II

Collect business requirements that need to be embedded in SAP and prepare business requirement documents.
Provide all MM system support required - addressing user queries, supporting issue-resolution, providing requested SAP related information to end users.
Deliver work following established guidelines and procedures. Collate data into standard databases and perform analysis.
Recommend efficiency improvements to base routines. Normally refers decisions to supervisor.
Provide all the support in managing all the Supply department SAP system processes on time. Also, contribute towards implementation of identified major system related projects.

Profile description: Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, Information Technology or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

6 years’ continuous SAP experience in oil and gas or process industry preferred.
Excellent computer literacy must including sound knowledge and experience of working on SAP MM.
Experience of delivering at least 1 full cycle SAP implementation project.
