Magic Media is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to guide and support a team of Business Development Managers. The successful candidate will have solid experience in sales leadership and coaching, with a background in B2B sales, ideally within the tech or gaming industry. A focus on data driven decisions and a high level of English proficiency will be crucial as you craft strategies to optimize sales outcomes and enhance team productivity.

What you will do:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive sales success
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and team efficiency
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and expertise of your team
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the sales process
  • Support pipeline management by helping BDMs navigate complex deals and key client relationships
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, and results-driven team culture
  • Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder your team's ability to close deals
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, industry best practices and present plans accordingly


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, and or business development coaching
  • Ideally and potentially fundamental a background in B2B sales, technology & gaming
  • Strong ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales teams
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and optimize processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys problem-solving and driving growth through people
  • Proficient level in English language
