Early Career HR Associate – EMEA

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious early-career HR professional to join a global financial services organisation. This role offers hands-on experience across HR operations, employee relations, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, ensuring a seamless HR experience.
- Manage onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and leave administration across EMEA.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations to resolve employee queries.
- Support employee relations, including preparing correspondence and minute-taking.
- Assist with global mobility, immigration compliance, and work authorisation processes.
- Maintain data accuracy in Workday, supporting reporting and analytics.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to policy development.
- Support DE&I initiatives and broader HR projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree-educated with experience managing core HR processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred) and EMEA employment law.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive team player with attention to detail and a passion for HR.
