This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and promote our successful Genedata Biologics™ product. You will work in a strong, agile, international team with the focus on delivering software that makes a difference.

As a member of the core software development team, you will be working on the single page web application (SPA) frontend of Genedata Biologics™. You will be focusing on the user experience; your main goal is to create a clean, functional, performant and good-looking user interface. You will work in close cooperation with the backend team to define the interfaces and interactions between frontend and backend.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design, implement, test and maintain the SPA frontend
• Play an active role in our Scrum process
• Document and communicate your work to your colleagues and other stakeholders

The essential requirements of the job include:

• BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in computer science, with 3+ years of relevant software development experience
• Advanced knowledge of React with at least 2 years of experience of building React web applications
• Experience with testing React code (e.g., React Testing library, Jest)
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015+) and Typescript
• Experience with Test Driven Development and unit testing

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong focus on detail, familiar with responsive web design and experience with UI librariesExperience with these technologies and tools is a plus: node.js, ViteJS, ESLint, JSON, REST web services, openAPI, HATEOAS, Git, Bitbucket, Linux, Java, Jenkins
