Back-End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join dynamic team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure server-side solutions. Your primary focus will be on Java-based microservices, NodeJS development, database management, and API integrations. You will work closely with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to build robust, high-performing applications that meet business and security requirements.

• Develop and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Java, NodeJS, NestJS, and API Connect.
  
• Manage and optimize relational (DB2) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  
• Implement containerized applications using RedHat OpenShift.
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration with Angular applications.
  
• Work within Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  
• Ensure secure coding practices and implement back-end security measures.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  
  
  

• Government Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Baseline or NV-1 clearance.
  
• Citizenship: Must be an Australian citizen.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in back-end development, with a strong focus on Java-based microservices, NodeJS, NestJS, and API Connect.
  
• RedHat & OpenShift Expertise: Hands-on experience managing containerized applications.
  
• Database Proficiency: Experience with DB2 (relational) and MongoDB (NoSQL).
  

Note: The role is open for multiple locations, including Melbourne and other states
