Position Overview

As a Business Data Analyst at Haneco, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will develop and implement advanced analytics models, apply machine learning techniques, and provide actionable insights that support strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop Machine Learning Models: Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical models, programming, and database technologies to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Data Mining & Visualization: Extract meaningful patterns from complex data, create compelling data visualizations, and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Model Monitoring & Improvement: Regularly review and monitor models-in-use, ensuring accuracy and making necessary adjustments based on performance and new data.
• Strategic Input: Provide innovative, data-driven solutions and contribute to Haneco’s data science initiatives to support product development and sustainability efforts.
• Data Quality Management: Identify, recognize, and address data anomalies, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies and data management practices.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
