Dotnet Developer

Technical Skills

• 5 years of experience in .NET programming for both large and mid-sized applications
• Expertise in developing .NET web applications following structured coding conventions and best practices
• Extensive experience with the .NET Core framework (over 4 years in the past 6 years)
• Hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, including:
• Angular, Material Design, Node.js, Typescript
• Practical experience with Visual Studio for developing and testing applications in a continuous development/continuous integration environment
• Proactive in solving DevOps, support, and maintenance challenges
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket)
• Experience with SharePoint and Azure integration is a plus

Soft Skills

• Ideally bilingual in French and Dutch; if not, fluent in one language with a strong understanding of the other (passive knowledge: able to understand and communicate at a basic level)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Co-develop and maintain the FSMA's Portal .NET Core application, designed to register entities under supervision and manage related documents
• Responsible for writing unit tests for assigned software modules
• Contribute to technical task estimation and activity planning within project work
• Participate in project planning, estimation, stand-up, and status meetings as required
• Collaborate with the project team and remain flexible to achieve team objectives
• Assist the team in advancing the application to an extranet portal
