About The Squad
You’ll be part of a squad developing claim solutions and providing excellent customer experience. This is done by enabling efficient claims handling in partner steering and digital damage inspection products. The squad is working autonomously but in collaboration with different stakeholders, from other tech squads to business. In this squad everyone can influence both products and processes. Squad serves multiple customer segments – both internal and external and the usage of our products is continuously increasing. While staying ahead in an evolving tech landscape our squad delivers impactful solutions and needs more problem solvers and collaborators to stay up to our technology field. Even in the busy days the squad tackles challenges head on with good vibes.
About The Role
You’d be working in an Agile environment where you are able to develop new features or even new solutions. You will do your part in developing and defining scalable and secure solution architectures and make sure those are aligned with business requirements and best practices. In addition, you will work with system integrations, requirement analysis and problem solving and troubleshooting. We are hoping to hear your ideas since the squad is always improving their ways of working. It would be an advantage if you wouldn’t hate documenting, since we need to make sure that documentation is of a high level. As we have multiple stakeholders, it would be beneficial for you to enjoy having those conversations, translating business requirements to technical ones.
Who are you?
You are an experienced, senior level full stack developer. You have successfully demonstrated not only the technical implementation and agile ways of working but also collaboration and communication with various levels of stakeholders.
While the squad can choose the right tech for the job, here are few we wish you’d have a solid knowledge: .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, DevOps and for Front-end Javascript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS. And, of course, we use Git.
You are a curious, out-going person with a solution-oriented mindset, and you know how to deliver and maintain good quality and clean code with good humor. Communication and collaboration are a key to success in this role, so we hope you feel comfortable putting yourself on stage, for example demoing the success to other squads or as mentioned before participating proactively to conversations with different stakeholders. You communicate fluently in English as that is used daily, Finnish is seen as an advantage.
