Job Title: Data Science & AI Consultant

About the Role

As a Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of leveraging data to deliver high-impact solutions across industries. This role focuses on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Visualization to drive transformative insights. You will lead AI/ML initiatives, mentor junior team members, and support business development efforts, including go-to-market strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement AI/ML models, including data enrichment, feature engineering, model development, calibration, and validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and innovative business solutions.
  • Design and build scalable analytical models tailored to client needs.
  • Lead and manage AI/ML project teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Provide expert consultancy on data management best practices, efficiencies, and improvements.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and developing new AI/ML use cases.
  • Stay ahead of AI and technology trends through research and industry engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, AI/ML, and consultancy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling incomplete datasets and working with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Git, Docker, and AI/ML model deployment.
  • Experience with MLOps and AI system maintenance.
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Data Modeling, Architecture, LLMs, Generative AI, Data Visualization, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure).
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a consulting environment.
  • EU Citizenship or Stamp 4 visa.
