About The Role

Ruby Labs seeks a Head of Product & Growth Manager to drive product value and revenue optimization. You'll be directly responsible for key metrics including retention, ARPU/ARPPU, and overall product performance. This role offers full autonomy in product strategy with clear KPIs: improving user retention, maximizing revenue per user, and enhancing product value through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize key metrics: retention, ARPU/ARPPU, LTV.
• Develop and execute retention strategies across all product stages.
• Design and implement value-adding features and monetization opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing program focused on revenue and retention optimization.
• Analyze user behavior patterns to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and optimize user engagement and re-engagement strategies.
• Develop premium features and upsell opportunities.
• Manage product pricing and subscription strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute revenue-driving initiatives.
• Oversee UI/UX initiatives ensuring consistency and reusability of components.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product management of subscription-based products with focus on retention/revenue.
• Proven track record of improving ARPU/ARPPU metrics.
• Strong experience in subscription business models.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and component-based design systems.
• Deep understanding of retention metrics and optimization strategies.
• Expertise in A/B testing and revenue optimization.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with user behavior analysis and segmentation.

• Background in EdTech or assessment products.
• Background in premium/subscription products.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
