Remote Business Analyst (Swedish)

Turing
Latvia · Contract · Entry

We are seeking candidates with robust analytical abilities and exceptional Swedish comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should be able to read, summarize, and decompose large content into smaller, logical sections. The role requires conducting online research, validating content claims through online resources, and collaborating with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex puzzles!

Your role is crucial in fine-tuning and enhancing large language models (such as GPT), providing an opportunity to become an expert in utilizing AI for advanced analytical tasks. This is your chance to secure your career in an AI-driven world!

What does day-to-day look like:

You will spend your time answering diverse analytical questions and creating scenarios to train LLM models for improved performance. Here are a couple of examples where models might struggle and you would need to provide the correct answers and explanations:

  • Example 1: Who is the greatest musician of all time?

(Hint: Think beyond personal favorites. Consider various genres, time periods, and contributions to music. How would you define "greatest"?)

  • Example 2: A factory produces four types of products: A, B, C, and D. The production schedule requires that product A is always produced before product B, and product C is always produced before product D. If the factory produces products A and C on the first day, which products will be produced on the second day?

Note: No other prior specialized domain experience is needed.

Requirements:

  • Swedish Proficiency: High level of reading and writing comprehension in Swedish.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the contract duration, overlapping US hours.
  • Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop with a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate studies in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields. We also welcome candidates without a Bachelor's degree but with relevant experience.
  • Professional writing experience (business analysts, research analysts, copywriters, journalists, technical writers, editors, translators, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work environment.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.
  • Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.

Application Process:

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive an automated challenge (40 mins).
  • After passing the challenge, we will contact you for an interview.
  • Once you clear the interview, you are ready to start!
