Currently BASF in Baltics, is looking for Commercial & Digital Excellence Graduate, Baltics.

BASF is looking for graduate who stands out because of his/her unique personality and expertise, and who wants the possibility of building a future career in a global company. BASF’s graduate program offers ambitious graduate an exciting entry opportunity in the Baltics with a 24-month program starting in 2025 April.

Right from the start, you will be working with challenging tasks in a diverse and international environment. Throughout your graduate program you will be exposed to different areas of the organization and get to work with professional and inclusive colleagues, who will help you develop your skills for a future career with us.

As part of the program, you will gain experience from working in another country for 3 to 6 months, and you will assume responsibility for your own project, adding real value to our business. You will be assigned a mentor from our Baltic Leadership Team, who will help you build a career with BASF and guide you on how best to achieve your goals. Frequent reviews with your manager and Human Resources Manager will also be part of your development plan.

BASF’s goal is to train and develop you for a future role at BASF, and when your program is coming to an end, we will assess your performance and let you know if you are ready for a career with us.

What you can expect

As part of your program, you will be introduced to the annual cycle of crop protection to show you all the different tasks which need to be carried out during a year. The main activities in your rotation plan will be:

• Project work in BASF Baltic Agro Solution department
• Digitalization process management
• Project work related to Customer Relationship Management Tool
• Enabling data driven campaign management in marketing
• Supporting commercial excellence team on ongoing and future projects
• Close collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales, finances).

What is expected

• Preferable Master’s Degree in business management, marketing, economics
• Fluent Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian and English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent skills with MS office tools (especially Excel), PowerBi (considered as an advantage)
• Great communication and analytics skills
• Open-mindedness, flexibility, and cultural agility
• Mobility and interest in European or global roles after the program
• A potential and ambition to become a future leader at BASF.
