Your role 💼

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis and requirements gathering, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders. Fluency in French is required for this role. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for business improvements, optimizing processes, and driving strategic decision-making.

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor business solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements post-implementation.

Requirements 💡

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
