Senior Java Software Engineer

We are looking for freelancers to support our clients in modernizing their platforms. The goal is to enhance the delivery of market-competitive and scalable products.

The role is fully remote and you will work with an international, cross-functional team.


Must have:

  • Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin with experience in backend development
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem
  • Proficiency in working with MySQL or other relational databases
  • Experience with AWS and cloud-native development
  • Familiarity with Liquibase or other schema management tools
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • You have worked with distributed message brokers (e.g. Kafka, FireHose)
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Grafana or Datadog
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side processes
  • Good soft skills: communication in English, ownership, leading epics development
