Job summary:

As our Lead React Native Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our mobile development efforts. You'll not only be a key contributor to our codebase but also a mentor and leader, shaping the skills and growth of our talented team.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Drive the architectural design, development, and implementation of our React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of React Native developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Code Quality: Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest React Native trends and technologies, and drive continuous improvement in our development processes
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure the smooth delivery of our applications
• Roadmap and Planning: Participate in sprint planning, contribute to the product roadmap, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior React Native Engineer, with a strong portfolio of successful iOS and Android applications
• Extensive knowledge of React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related mobile development technologies
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Context API)
• Familiarity with native mobile development concepts (iOS and Android)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience with publishing applications to the Apple App store and Google Play store
