Business Intelligence Analyst

Adecco is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, for one of its clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using different tools (Excel / Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights.
• Extract data from various sources, clean and transform it for reporting and analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive strategic initiatives.
• Support data governance and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Assist in automating and optimizing data processes to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role in a multinational company, within a multicultural environment.
• Experience in FMCG or Tobacco industry is a nice to have.
• Advanced English level.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI is a nice to have.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate raw data into business information
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
