Support the Business Operations Team in data-driven decision-making by extracting and analysing data from multiple sources. Provide clear insights through compelling storytelling by creating dashboards and designing presentation decks for management reporting.

Help ensure data governance best practices in Iberia, aligning with InPost Group standards, and automate workflows to increase productivity not only for the Business Operations Team but also for other departments.

This position will be embedded within the Business Operations Team.

 

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

  • Conduct weekly KPI reporting to help broader teams make insightful data-driven decisions.
  • Report on daily and weekly performance KPIs to assist and support the management team.
  • Help the Business Operations Team to design the strategy and planning through forecasting and providing data for business models.
  • Lead the data governance best practices in Iberia helping to align with KPI definitions and proper calculations.
  • Automate workflows to help increase productivity not only for the Business Operations Team but also for other departments.


Well, what will the requirements be?

  • Experience in business data analysis.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-starter profile willing to work in a high paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel, SQL & Python knowledge.
  • Storytelling and data visualisation (PowerPoint, PowerBi).
  • Power Automate knowledge or RPA tools experience is valuable.
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up is valuable.
  • 1 to 3 years in data analytics/business intelligence.
  • Experience on the logistics sector would be a plus but its not required.
