Designer

Together with our partner Realy Bostad, we are now seeking a talented and driven Designer to join us in a full-time position. This is a full-time role where you will dedicate 50% of your time to projects for our partner Realy Bostad and 50% to Essen projects and initiatives.

This unique role combines creative execution with practical project management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of key responsibilities while maintaining a professional approach.

What you will do

In this role, you’ll contribute to a variety of design, content, and marketing projects, including but not limited to:

1. Design execution:

• Create and program Word and PowerPoint templates for presentations and reports.
• Manage financial communication materials, such as investor presentations and reports.
• Develop visually compelling social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn.

2. Social media management:

• Take full ownership of Instagram, including creating and implementing content strategies, producing posts, and ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and goals.
• Support the Management Team on LinkedIn by designing and improving content for professional and investor-related communication.

3. Content & marketing management:

• Update and manage content on website CMS platforms.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Collaborate on PR and marketing plans, ensuring all communication materials are well-structured and delivered on time.

4. Photography & video:

• Handle basic photography and video editing, including drone footage and project documentation.
• Create visuals for events, such as property showcases.

5. Project & event support:

• Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring schedules, logistics, and materials are well-organized.
• Manage marketing-related administrative tasks, including monthly communication plans and project timelines.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all creative and operational outputs.

About you

You’re not just a designer – you’re a doer. You thrive on seeing projects come to life and take pride in creating polished, high-quality outputs. You’re comfortable taking full ownership of Instagram strategies and supporting professional communication on LinkedIn. Your ability to balance creative tasks with operational responsibilities makes you an essential part of the team.

What we expect from you

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role/ professional design.
• Proven competencies within design disciplines.
• Expert-level skills in typical design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma).
• Ability to present in a structured and confident way to internal and external audiences.
• Proven experience in financial communication, with a strong understanding of producing professional and investor-focused materials.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, Notion and Right.
• Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of photography and video editing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken); good proficiency in English.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach with a creative eye.
