As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Senior Designer to take a central role in delivering performance-driven design solutions across all channels. Your work will help us drive measurable results and enhance our brand impact.

As our new Senior Designer, you will be part of our Creative Studio team, reporting to our Head of Creative Studio. The department currently comprises a talented group of designers, strategists, and copywriters working across our Copenhagen and Stockholm offices, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge creative solutions within the broader Brand & Marketing function, led by our CMO.

What will you do?

• Design ads and digital campaigns optimized for specific performance channels (e.g., social media, display, CRM).
• Ensure assets meet platform-specific requirements and drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
• Develop and execute designs across digital advertising, branding, and UI/UX projects.
• Adapt and iterate designs for different formats and platforms, leveraging data insights and AI tools to enhance creative outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and localization teams to produce high-quality, localized designs.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about design trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a designer, preferably in a creative agency environment with global brands.
• Proven track record of creating performance-focused assets for digital advertising and branding.
• Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with best practices for digital interfaces.
• Native or fluent in Swedish/Danish and English - additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-driven design platforms.
• Passion for AI and digital innovation - you thrive on testing new tools and pushing boundaries.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, experimental environment with a growth mindset.
