What you would do as our Office & HR Coordinator
As an Office & HR Coordinator, your main responsibility is to deliver outstanding service to everyone you meet. Together with a colleague, you will oversee our reception and switchboard, serving as an ambassador for ASSA ABLOY to both internal and external visitors. You will play a vital role at our site, supporting our employees with tasks such as mail handling, site communication, assisting with meetings and events, and addressing ad hoc questions and requests. Additionally, you will support our HR team with various tasks, including HR administration, onboarding of new employees, and coordination of local trainings.
This is an on-site position that requires your presence at our office and reception every day to deliver the best possible service to our employees and visitors. Our office is located in Landskrona, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. You will report to the site HR Manager.

You would also:
- Manage reception, welcome visitors, and handle calls, mail, and office supplies.
- Support internal meetings, events, and ad hoc employee requests.
- Provide administrative support to management, including travel and documents.
- Manage switchboard, agreements, invoices, and supplier contracts.
- Assist HR with administration, onboarding/offboarding, and employee initiatives.
We are looking for someone who:
- i s passionate about delivering excellent service with the right mindset.
- is experienced in office management, reception, or administrative roles.
- is knowledgeable in HR administration and HR systems.
- Is skilled in planning, prioritization, and structured work.
- Is a strong communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
