Work arrangement: Hybrid - Wroclaw - 4 days remote, 1 on-site

My client is searching for a Back-End Engineer to develop cutting-edge, high-performance software that annually powers trillions of dollars in transactions. As a Back-End Engineer, you’ll work closely with our global team to build innovative fintech solutions.

OPPORTUNITIES:

• As a Backend Engineer, you will design and develop fintech systems with scalable back-end architectures;
• Build robust, high-performance solutions that support massive transaction volumes;
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code to ensure seamless performance;
• As a Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with teams in Poland and the USA to shape the future of fintech.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of back-end development and software architecture experience;
• Strong coding skills in Java and frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot;
• Database expertise (SQL, MongoDB);
• Full software lifecycle experience – from design to deployment;
• Bonus: Blockchain & AI experience is a huge plus!
