About the project:

• The project duration is planned for 3-4 months, during which you will be responsible for product management within the renewables industry.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Implementing structured processes for product portfolio decisions, ensuring alignment across business units
• Oversee product investment budgeting and capitalization, coordinating closely with Finance and R&D
• Lead regular portfolio reviews to track progress, address challenges, and align on key priorities
• Maintain a clear, updated product portfolio that reflects strategic objectives and investment choices
• Act as the central link between key stakeholders to drive portfolio decisions and secure long-term funding
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate portfolio effectiveness and support ongoing improvements

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Extensive experience in product or portfolio management with a strategic focus on aligning business priorities and financial planning
• At least 5 years in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Management roles
• Strong financial expertise, including hands-on experience with budgeting and capitalization
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration with Finance, PMO, R&D, and Business Units
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a structured decision-making approach

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with hardware and/or software product portfolios is advantageous
