We are looking for aMotion Graphic Designer to join our team.

Job Description

  • Design and create high-quality visual assets, animations, and effects to enhance gamified experiences.
  • Develop user-centered graphics that focus on interaction, engagement, and reward systems.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers and product teams to conceptualize and implement designs that captivate and entertain users.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and gamification elements.
  • Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of graphical assets for performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in gamification, casual gaming, and visual design.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design for casual mobile games, entertainment platforms, or similar gamified experiences.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation, motion graphics, and user interface design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of gamification principles, reward mechanics, and user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver designs that balance creativity and usability.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Unity or other game development engines.
