Technical Product Specialist (BI)

We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist (BI) at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product development
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and API integrations, with a proven ability to manage and optimize data workflows
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced skills in Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with BI tools like QlikView for data visualization and reporting
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to define and communicate the company’s data analytics and business intelligence strategies
• Perform detailed market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making
• Utilize BI tools to analyze and visualize data, producing actionable insights for business leaders
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of APIs, data sources, and other technical components
• Manage ETL processes to ensure smooth data transfer, integration, and transformation from various systems
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation related to APIs, data models, and integration processes
• Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, focusing on actionable data insights
• Monitor and analyze product and business performance, using data-driven metrics to inform improvements and optimizations
• Lead and facilitate Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely completion of key initiatives and tasks using JIRA and other tools
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage data-driven initiatives and improve data flow processes
