Profile 3 : IT Engineer – Healthcare Systems Implementation and Support

  • Provide Level 1 (L1) support for technical issues, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of healthcare applications.
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimizations.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare IT standards (training provided).
  • Document system configurations, workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to gain expertise in DICOM, HL7, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
  • Support data migration, software patches, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to manage system enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Strong IT background with experience in system administration, networking, or software support.
  • Experience with troubleshooting application issues, system integrations, and networking.
  • Proficiency in database management and SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work with clinical and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, ITIL, or similar are a plus.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
