Title: Senior Project Manager – Oracle ERP Rollout & Finance

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Delivery:

i. Lead and manage large-scale IT digital & technology projects, including

Oracle ERP rollout and Finance projects.

ii. Manage all project activities, including vendor selection and

management, to achieve project outputs.

iii. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within

budget.

iv. Ensure a high level of team performance and efficiency through the

implementation of agile best practices.

v. Oversee change management and communication activities

Stakeholder Management:

i. Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.

ii. Communicate project progress to senior management and other

stakeholders effectively.

iii. Address and resolve any issues and conflicts within the project team.

Technical Expertise:

i. Maintain a strong understanding of finance and Oracle ERP.

ii. Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and digital

solutions to enhance business processes.

iii. Work with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with

project objectives.

Risk and Issue Management:

i. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

ii. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong end-to-end project management experience, including Finance and

at least two Oracle ERP implementation and/or rollout projects

• Solid functional and technical background, particularly with Oracle ERP

and other Finance systems.

• Strong knowledge of scrum and agile principles with hands-on experience

managing teams as a Scrum Master.

• Good hands-on experience with Jira.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,

Engineering etc.

• PMP and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are mandatory.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with proven

exposure to senior stakeholder management up to C Level.

• Min 6-7 years of recent experience within large corporate Finance is

essential.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

environment.

Desirable Attributes:

• Arabic language skills

• Previous experience from a global commercial / FMCG / manufacturing

company.
