Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure maintenance, specifically in roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses. The ideal candidate must possess a Civil Engineering degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE, and a valid UAE Driving License. This role demands excellent leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within cost constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including financial performance, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, including ADM and RTA requirements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and maintaining high levels of team productivity.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure maintenance, including roads, bridges, tunnels, and underpasses.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE infrastructure regulations and standards.
