Role comes with basic up to $4,500 + good bonuses

Job Description

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site.
• Install new test systems and software upgrades.
• Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc.

Job Requirement

-Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

-A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

-Willingness to travel frequently overseas on short notice.

-Flexibility to work overtime or on public holidays if necessary.

-A proactive attitude toward acquiring technical knowledge relevant to the role.
