What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead the AI and data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
• Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and deliver AI and data solutions that create tangible value.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, working with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation.
• Oversee the design and deployment of scalable AI and data solutions, ensuring high impact and quality.
• Stay ahead of AI and data trends, continuously evolving our offerings to meet industry needs.
• Present to senior leadership, negotiate with partners, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure strategic execution, tracking milestones and adapting plans based on performance and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in AI and data
• A strong track record of delivering AI and data solutions for complex business challenges.
• Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, data engineering, and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills—able to break down complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market trends and client value creation.
• Passion for AI and data, with a drive for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
