Junior PMO Analyst (MNC | Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the account level onboarding/offboarding activities, including managing accesses to project assets, sending meeting invites, and ensuring all necessary deliverables are approved and collected.
• Manage Confluence pages related to PMO responsibilities, ensuring they are up-to-date and organized.
• Attend client meetings and take minutes of meetings (MOTMs) for program-level, governance, and technical discussions.
• Create access requests for client accounts and perform periodic access reviews to ensure compliance.
• Generate JIRA cards to facilitate the review and approval of deliverables with the client.
• Prepare Microsoft PowerPoint materials, maintain Excel trackers, and provide support to project managers in delivering project requirements.
• Ensure all action items assigned to the PMO are completed within specified timelines.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills Required:

• Diploma/Degree in Business or any related discipline
• At least 1 year of project administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation preparation.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
