About the Role

We’re looking for a Free-to-Play Game Designer who understands what makes Gen Z and Gen Alpha tick. You’ll play a key role in designing fun, engaging, and high-impact games that millions of kids will love. If you have a deep understanding of F2P mechanics, pop culture, and viral trends—plus the ability to quickly create and iterate on game ideas—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the design of game content from pitch to ship.
• Design and develop gameplay mechanics, levels, and systems tailored for young players.
• Ensure all designs are intuitive, fun, and engaging for a kid-friendly audience.
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and pop culture to make games that feel fresh and relevant.
• Work iteratively, rapidly testing and refining designs.
• Create and maintain game design documents, including concept pitches, feature specs, and UI designs.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing free-to-play games.
• A clear understanding of F2P strategies and monetization methods.
• Strong grasp of Gen Z and Gen Alpha humor, trends, and digital culture.
• Ability to move fast, generate game ideas, and iterate efficiently.
• Hourly, short contract to start - ability to shift to part time or full time
