Your Role

Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join our Digital team. We are a bunch of engineers who are passionate about reliability, automation, and scalability in a cloud-native environment. We use an agile-based framework to execute our work, ensuring we are always focused on the most important and impactful needs of the business. We are relentless in automating manual, repetitive work so we can focus on projects that help move the business forward.

The Role

• Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as Sprint / PI Planning readiness, by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings.
• Knowledge and experience over Azure – DevOps and/or Jira
• Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings, including the Scrum of Scrum / ART sync at the program level and the Value Stream sync for Solution Trains.
• Works with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Assists in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
• Provides transparency and radiates status to all relevant stakeholders (e.g. RTE / Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)) and supports related activities.
• Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the Team / ART / Solution Train and helps them improve.
• Fosters built-in quality practices.
• Works on single Train / with a few agile teams
• Works and prepares periodic reports and burn-down charts.
• Single point of contact for customer/stakeholder to understand the requirement.
• Coordinate with the team on requirements.
• Prepare the scope and other required documentation.
• Prepares capacity plan and highlights the risks with customer.
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for area of assignment.
• Advise and mentor more junior team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team.
  
  

To succeed, you will need

• BE Computer, master’s in computer.
• 5 Years of Business analyst Experience
• 3 Years of Scrum Master Experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, leading Agile development teams in delivering complex software projects or products.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for mentoring and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
• CSM/PSM certification is required.
• Strong Functional and analytical analysis skills and experience.
