1 Cell Line Development Manager / Lead Scientist

The Cell Line Development Scientist is responsible for independently designing and executing experiments to develop stable cell lines for protein expression and other applications. This role requires expertise in mammalian cell culture, transfection techniques, and screening methods. The individual will contribute to the development of high-quality, robust cell lines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

PhD with 1-3 years or Master’s with 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in cell line development, preferably with hands-on work in a laboratory environment.

2 Upstream Process Development Manager / Lead Scientist

The Upstream Process Development Scientist is responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of cell culture processes in mammalian expression systems. The individual will be involved in developing robust, scalable upstream processes that ensure the high yield and quality of therapeutic proteins. This role requires hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operation, process optimization, and data analysis to drive the development of efficient and scalable processes.

PhD with 1-3 years or Master’s with 2-6 years of hands-on experience in upstream process development, particularly in mammalian cell culture and bioreactor operation.

3 Upstream Process Development Lead

The Upstream Process Development Lead will be responsible for leading the development, optimization, and scale-up of upstream processes for the production of biologics in mammalian cell culture systems. This position requires extensive experience in process development, technical leadership, and process scale up to drive the successful transition from laboratory-scale to clinical and commercial-scale manufacturing. The individual will provide strategic direction for upstream process development and play a key role in the optimization of process yield, scalability, and efficiency.

PhD with 5+ years or Master’s with 8+ years of hands-on experience in upstream process development, including project management and leadership in a biopharmaceutical or biotech environment.

4 Downstream Process Development Scientist (Individual Contributor)

The Downstream Process Development Scientist is responsible for the development, optimization, and scale-up of downstream processes for the purification of biologic products, such as monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins. This role will involve hands-on execution of experiments, troubleshooting, and process optimization to ensure high product yield, purity, and compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable purification processes from laboratory to clinical and commercial-scale production.

PhD with 1-3 years or Master’s with 2-6 years of relevant experience in downstream process development, particularly with mammalian-derived biologics.

5 Downstream Process Development Lead

The Downstream Process Development Lead is responsible for leading the development, optimization, and scale-up of downstream processes for the purification of biologic products, including monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. This leadership role involves overseeing a team of scientists and engineers, managing multiple projects, and driving process development from early-stage development to GMP manufacturing. The individual will ensure that processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards while meeting product quality and yield goals.

PhD with 5+ years or Master’s with 8+ years of hands-on experience in upstream process development, including project management and leadership in a biopharmaceutical or biotech environment.

6 Analytical Development Scientist (Individual Contributor)

The Analytical Process Development Scientist is responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating analytical methods to support cell culture processes for biologics production. This role focuses on supporting upstream and downstream process development teams through the development and application of analytical techniques to monitor and characterize biologics, including recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure analytical methods meet quality, regulatory, and process needs, contributing to process improvements and the successful transition to GMP manufacturing.

PhD with 1-3 years or Master’s with 2-6 years of relevant experience in downstream process development, particularly with mammalian-derived biologics.
