UX/UI Designer

Job Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-powered tools. Your work will strike the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics, ensuring seamless and intuitive interactions for creators. You’ll be involved in everything from wireframes to final designs, delivering both beautiful and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience Design
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive workflows.
• Design user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the development of innovative tools.
• Optimize user experience through usability testing and iterative design improvements.
• User Interface Design
• Create visually appealing UI designs that align with our brand identity and product vision.
• Develop detailed mock-ups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure a consistent look and feel across all products, focusing on simplicity, accessibility, and ease of use.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
• Provide feedback and guidance during development to maintain design integrity.
• Partner with marketing and branding teams to align product aesthetics with overall company objectives.
• Design System Development
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and style guide for our AI tools.
• Ensure design elements are reusable and consistent across multiple products and platforms.
• Stay Ahead of Trends
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
• Leverage emerging technologies, such as AI, to elevate user experiences.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, particularly for web-based or SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• A creative passion for designing exceptional user experiences.
• Attention to detail and a talent for balancing aesthetics with functionality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with audio/video production tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (a plus).
• Experience working with AI-driven applications or similar technologies.
