Job Description

The Product Analyst supports the Qantas Technology Services Team, working with business partners, wider technology domains and external parties to act as a conduit between the business & technology. This role supports the lifecycle for designated products, their underlying technology sub-systems and is accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives & strategic outcomes from concept through to operations.


You will work closely with the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team to ensure that the right people have the right access to the right resources for the right time. You will participate in IAM projects and initiatives, and IAM audits – reviewing access control reports to identify potential risks. This role is also involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues. The Product Analyst has a customer-centric mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.


You’ll Have

  • 3+ years’ experience in the areas of Business or Systems Analysis, Product or IT Support or related disciplines
  • Experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) discipline
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Saviynt, CyberArk or SailPoint
  • Experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and LDAP directories
  • Demonstrated understanding and use of modern delivery frameworks (DevOps, Agile development)
  • Proven track record of operating in IT Delivery environments from concept to BAU with a thorough understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Exposure to project management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
