Senior Data Analyst

Talent Insights are partnering with a leading Australian brand to bring in a Senior Data Analyst for a new position sitting in the Tech & Loyalty division. This is a permanent position working with a well known Australian brand where you will be working with shared data assets and external data, largely focussing on incremental business for customers while uncovering opportunities for acquisition across cross divisional data assets.

Location: Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

Must-have experience:

• Experience partnering with Senior leaders on strategic analytics initiatives that drive decision-making and enhance business performance.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present actionable insights through compelling storytelling and effective visualizations.
• Support marketing and below-the-line campaigns with data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights to inform business strategy.
• Maintain a balance between strategic work and business-as-usual (BAU) reporting and analysis.
• Experience with Customer Loyalty Data

Desirable:

• Python programming
• PowerBI (or similar e.g. Tableau)
• Snowflake is not required but a bonus!
