ServiceNow is one of the leading IT Service Management platforms and a focus area for Tietoevry in the Nordic market.

We are now looking for ServiceNow Implementation Specialists/Developers to implement ServiceNow in client facing roles.

Key responsibilities involved:

  • Implement ServiceNow modules ITSM and/or HR for our customers.
  • Able to implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
  • Contribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.
  • Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
  • Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution.


We expect you to have:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist
  • Minimum 2 years of real experience in ServiceNow developer / support role
  • Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
  • Good Knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation
  • Candidates with ServiceNow HR module knowledge are preferred.
  • Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant.
  • Analyses and improves current implementation and solutions. Is able to explain and present new ideas and solutions.
  • Prior exposure or working with international teams located in Europe and India
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM with good understanding of CSM and HR. Preferably you are a certified professional.
  • Ability to create client specific solutions leveraging industry best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions
