Pricing Analyst - Region North, Global Delivery Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Global Delivery Operations team, with a key focus on Courier Pricing in the North region. Our team is responsible for developing and executing Wolt’s Courier Pricing strategy across all Regions, aiming to enhance delivery quality and drive growth in a capital-efficient manner.

In this position, you will take ownership of regional delivery costs, developing and executing pricing strategies to ensure optimal performance. To achieve success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional Efficiency, Finance, Analytics and Product.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own Courier Fees & Earnings – Manage the regional courier fees budget and ensure a stellar customer experience while meeting targets.
• Plan & Execute – Manage regional courier fees planning and budgeting, ensuring efficient pricing strategies that balance supply and customer satisfaction. Define pricing on a daily, weekly, and hourly basis using both global insights and local knowledge.
• Drive Quality & Performance – Analyze pricing performance and implement initiatives to optimize cost efficiency, pricing fairness, and delivery quality (e.g., improving task acceptance and reducing delays).
• Ensure Fair Earnings – Ensure fair compensation for our Courier Partners. Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and courier satisfaction to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with the Regional team to ensure pricing actions are aligned with business goals and initiatives.
  
  

You will report to our Global Courier Pricing Lead, Frederik Stæhr.

• Data-driven & Analytical – Proven working experience in analytics, research, and problem-solving. You use data to drive strategy, monitor performance, and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management – Experience working with regional teams, product managers, and leadership to drive alignment and impact.
• Tooling – Proficiency in Looker, SQL, or similar business analytics tools to extract insights and drive action is a plus.
• Project Management & Execution – Ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities. You thrive in structured problem-solving and have a bias for action.
• Excellent Communication – Strong storytelling and data-backed decision-making. You communicate insights and strategic visions clearly at all levels.
• Eligible to work in the EU, and able to work in one of our business focal points: Helsinki, or Copenhagen.
