Opportunity

Are you a proactive Product Manager with a solid understanding of the crypto and trading industry? Have you launched financial products in a startup?

You will collaborate with a highly skilled, motivated, and diverse international team located in the heart of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into all aspects of regulated Crypto and Finance business. Collaborating closely with the Head of Product Management, the CPO/Cofounder, another PM and the tech team, you will lead your own squad.

About You

• Experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup. This is a mid level role, so we are looking for someone with solid experience, but not a senior.
• Solid understanding of the crypto and trading industry, either from professional experience or personal experience.
• Professional experience in successfully launching a financial product, and preferably a crypto product.
• You prioritise client needs.
• You demonstrate effective communication with all stakeholders.
• You are familiar with API best practices and possess a basic understanding of software architecture.
• You are based in Berlin.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborating closely with our Head of Product Management, the CPO/Cofounder, another PM, Engineers, QA and business stakeholders.
• Identifying and addressing client needs effectively.
• Defining product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Managing the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Collaborating with business development and Ops teams to seamlessly incorporate all requirements into the product.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto and trading industry.
• Prioritising product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business priorities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes that could impact the product.
