HR Payroll Specialist

A long standing client here at Planet Pharma, are seeking to hire a permanent HR Payroll Specialist to join the ever-growing team.

This person manages payroll and HR administration, ensuring compliance with tax and social security laws. They handle HR data in SAP, advise employees and managers on payroll matters, prepare reports and documents, coordinate with external service providers, and contribute to HR process improvements and projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Process payroll while ensuring compliance with tax and social security laws
• Manage HR data in SAP R/3 HR
• Advise managers, employees, and authorities on wage tax and social security matters
• Prepare reports, certificates, and maintain personnel files
• Communicate with external service providers
• Improve HR processes and support projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Proficient in payroll software and SAP (ideally R/3 HR)
• Strong knowledge of German tax, social security, and labor law
• Fluent German, good English (written & spoken)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and independent
• Team player with strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
