Role Title: Data Analyst

Contract Duration: 11 months

My leading multinational tech client is looking for an experienced and analytical Data Analyst to join their Global Operations Quality Analytics team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and operations managers to analyse large datasets and provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse data, generate reports, and communicate findings to key stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statistical analysis on data using methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Create intuitive and compelling visualisations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and optimise datasets for efficient access and analysis.
• Work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis that supports strategic decision-making.
• Present data insights and key findings to senior leadership and business partners, translating complex data into clear and digestible insights.
• Independently manage projects, driving initiatives from conception through to execution with minimal supervision.
• Write and maintain efficient SQL queries and Python code to support data analysis needs.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Deep understanding of statistical techniques and the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Clear communication of technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to effectively present insights through reports and presentations
• Experience simplifying complex problems and reporting them effectively to senior leadership and business partners
• Ability to independently manage projects and execute on implementation plans
• Proficient in writing clean and efficient SQL queries and Python code

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working in an analytics role, preferably in a technology, consulting, or fast-paced business environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables, Charts, and Statistical functions)
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python
• Experience in managing programs and stakeholders in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
