Summary:
The Sr. Security Operations Program Manager (Sr. SOPM) is a senior level role that will directly support senior-level client(s) and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of focused regional end-to-end program management, data analytics, and presentation of results to regional and global executive-level stakeholders for a complex, multi $100M global client account providing critical infrastructure services.
This is a highly independent role requiring intensive collaboration with leadership - both internal and client facing. The Sr. SOPM must be comfortable working in a highly complex, fast paced, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Essential functions:
- Manage and respond to requests for information from executive clients at the Director level and above.
- Coordinate with applicable stakeholders across the enterprise to collate, analyze, and present results.
- Act as a liaison between Securitas and client leadership delivering valuable feedback
- from the client to Securitas and vice versa.
- Project manage selected strategic initiatives designed to drive process improvements across the enterprise.
- Analyze the results of existing programs and impact of proposed changes, presenting findings to leadership.
- Present to large groups of internal and client stakeholders regarding status of projects and data analysis of
- ongoing initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to identify new initiatives and contributes to the long-term strategy and goals.
- Demonstrate proven multidisciplinary leadership skills in a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
- Drive collaboration across various groups, internal and external, to identify issues, overcome challenges, and deliver results.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Provide detailed security management and status reports to client management and key stakeholders.
- Communicate issues to the client management in a timely manner and provides recommendations for resolution.
- Develop, manage, and maintain security-related end-to-end processes, procedures, training, and improvement plans.
- Document and improve work processes to make workflow more efficient and productive.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create security models that enable teams to maintain a high level of accountability and consistency.
- Build frameworks and methodology for implementation of initiatives from the client.
- Schedule, facilitate, and takes notes for client and internal meetings.
Minimum hiring standards:
- Must have a reliable means of communication, such as mobile phone.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must hold or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license or equivalent.
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
- Must have high school and applicable qualifications.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Must be willing and able to travel to the United States, as required.
Education/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business / Management/ or related field) and/or minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
- 5+ years of progressive managerial experience in one or more of the following areas: security operations, service planning, service development or related operational field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- Master’s qualification in Business Management or similar discipline preferred.
- Professional certifications desirable (CPP, PSP, etc.).
- Datacenter and technology experience desirable.
Special requirements:
- Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.
- Able to travel (international or domestic, as required), occasionally with limited notice.
- Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency event or crisis.

- Strong computer skills. Must be proficient and familiar in the use of Microsoft products.

- Understanding of security operations, including Security Operations Center (SOC) operations and procedures.
- Maintains composure when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
- Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others.
- Comfortable operating in a high-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Self-starter and can work both in teams and independently.
