This is a remote role in one of; Ireland, the UK or Poland.


We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven GTM Program & Marketing Effectiveness Manager to elevate our marketing performance and program management capabilities. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that optimize marketing effectiveness, manage strategic cross-functional programs, and drive continuous improvement across marketing and go-to-market (GTM) teams. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, data analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure our efforts deliver measurable, business-aligned results.



What good looks like


Marketing Performance & Process Optimization

  • Develop and execute a consistent marketing effectiveness framework to measure the performance of key marketing programs, and campaigns in a consistent manner .
  • Analyse marketing data to assess ROI and effectiveness across channels (paid, organic, events, etc.),
  • Identify insights and actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance and optimize marketing spend and resource allocation in partnership with team leads.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reporting for ongoing performance tracking in a consistent manner across brand, demand gen and other marketing teams.
  • Help manage our department sprint planning and agile process, managing sprints, backlog grooming, intake process and sprint retros
  • Sustain a culture of alignment by regularly updating stakeholders and facilitating discussions during points of misalignment
  • Help build a culture of experimentation through facilitating sessions across our marketing and wider GTM organisation


GTM Program Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of priority marketing and cross-GTM programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Build strategy for our initial Target Account Marketing strategy, focusing on larger ICP service firms, with execution support from broader marketing and sales teams
  • Program-manage the Outbound Marketing Program, facilitating stakeholder meetings, driving continuous optimization, testing, and developing the right measurement framework to drive results
  • Contribute to the development of a lead management process to ensure a “no lead left behind” approach across marketing and sales
  • Facilitate key GTM events and initiatives, such as kickoffs, all-hands meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives, and workshops, as required
  • Continuously find and implement ways to improve team operations and collaboration



What good looks like:


  • Solid experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or program management
  • Strong project and program management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results across marketing, sales and other functions.
  • Good understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including ROI analysis & attribution modeling
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid experience building target account marketing/ABM programs from scratch
  • Experience and knowledge of Outbound programs with a keen eye for measurement, bias for continuous testing and action
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and experience in PMP, Scrum, or other relevant project management disciplines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
