We are now looking for team lead in Data services team. At the Data services team, we ensure data capturing and management in data warehouse and business report and dashboard development. Our playground is SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. Data Services team collaborates with multiple departments, including Finance, Assortment & Buying, Supply Chain and Logistics, HR, Marketing, Digital development, Information Technology and others. As a Data Services Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing our data warehouse and analytics platforms.

What will you do:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SAP BW/BO/SAC/Datasphere professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of SAP BW/Datasphere data models, SAP BO/SAC reports, and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and business objectives.
• Ensure optimal data loading, extraction, and transformation processes to enhance system performance.
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP BW and other systems such as S/4HANA, CAR, F&R, Marketing and non-SAP platforms.
• Ensure monitoring and resolving system issues, data integrity and reliability.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP BW/BO/SAC/Datasphere, staying current with emerging tools and technologies.

You are the perfect candidate if:

• Passionate about data.
• More than 3 years of experience in being the team lead and/or data architect in data warehouse/BI/analytics team.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA architecture.
• Experience with ETL tools, reporting tools, and SAP data extraction methods.
• Experience with SAP BW Query design and SAP Analytics tools (e.g., SAP BEx, SAP BO, SAC).
• Experience in requirement gathering from business stakeholders and converting to technical designs.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken, to collaborate with teams across the Baltic.

Bonus points if:

• 5+ years’ experience in SAP BW, SAP BO or SAP SAC/Datasphere, including hands-on development and team leadership.
• Solid understanding of S/4HANA, and integration concepts
• You have experience in SAP BW or SAP BO upgrade projects.
• You are familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile
• You have experience working in the retail industry.

Compensation:

Salary 3500 - 5000 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
