IT TEAM/DELIVERY MANAGER (F/M/D)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join Order management engineering team of the Ignitis Group shared service center, where you’ll help us take care of the Agile development team creating products for new business opportunities. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Managing and leading a team of employees, including effective people management (one-on-ones, coaching, career development)
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of new functionalities
• Focusing on creating high-value increments that meet the "Definition of Done"
• Ensuring the sustainable development of IT systems in line with evolving business needs
• Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles as they arise
• Coaching team members in Agile frameworks and teaching Scrum practices and principles
• Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
• Managing vendor delivery and priorities
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems development
• 2+ years of experience in managing internal team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership qualities with the ability to manage large volumes of information simultaneously
• Driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitude
• Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Experience with task management tools (Jira and similar)
• Experience working with an external IT system development team
  
  
  

Would be an advantage:

• Scrum Master, Product Owner experience
• Knowledge of ITIL change management
• Independent self-learner with a problem-solving mindset

Salary range for this position group: is 4247 to 6370 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
